These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and o999 ("o999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the o999 website located at https://o999.io, its sub-pages, mobile experience, and all associated betting, casino, and gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager on o999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with o999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on o999. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number or email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your o999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. o999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
